Laura Jones-Rivera and Heather McDaid are award-winning publishers and freelancers, specialising primarily in production, and campaigns and writing respectively. Laura currently freelances for a number of clients such as Bloomsbury, Charco Press (& many more). Heather is PR Manager at the Terry Pratchett Estate. Both were formerly on the Society of Young Publishers Scotland committee, and co-ran the Saltire Society’s virtual book festival #ScotLitFest, amongst other freelance roles.

Dhara Snowden is an experienced publishing professional and is currently the Senior Commissioning Editor for Politics, International Relations, Security Studies and Partnerships at Rowman & Littlefield International in London. Before that, she worked at Edinburgh University Press, Bloomsbury Publishing and Penguin Books.

Stuart Cosgrove is a writer and broadcaster, having spent many years with Channel 4, and was named Broadcaster of the Year in the Glenfiddich Spirit of Scotland Awards. In 2012, he won numerous awards including a BAFTA and Royal Television Society award. Stuart presents BBC Scotland's Off the Ball' and is a regular guest commentator on BBC Scotland's Media Show.
